Back in 1992 two neophytes plunged into the challenging, exciting, mostly rewarding business of helping people buy and sell real estate.

John, an American, born in Westport, N.Y. (on the banks of Lake Champlain) with broad experience in small business ownership and Pam, a British citizen, born under the towers of Tower Bridge in London, England with a strong background in the newspaper print industry. Thus, began an eight year climb to dual ownership of the fastest growing real estate office in Cumberland County, CENTURY 21 Fountain Realty, LLC.

John and Pam Fountain have created a real estate business based upon the premise that to be successful every buyer or seller must be totally satisfied. That premise applies to all service oriented businesses, but, as they say “we ain’t flippin burgers here.”
